• Pledges to never conduct animal testing on its products and to prohibit sales of its products to countries that often require animal testing to be conducted, such as the People’s Republic of China.  Other large companies make exceptions and defer to “health authorities,” we reject such an approach and will not allow financial interests to dissuade us from staying true to our values. 

• Desert Botanicals supports and contributes to THE LEAPING BUNNY PROGRAM. In addition, Desert Botanicals seeks legislative action to further protect animals such as The Humane Cosmetics Act.  It is our belief that with these actions, we will continue to make the world a better place over time.

• Animal cruelty does not happen just in the lab, but also occurs from human encroachment that reduces natural habitat. As a proud sponsor of The Nature Conservancy we believe putting some of our profits back into protecting the environment, both desert habitats and others, from commercial development.
