Products purchased from Desert Botanicals Online must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 60* days from date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at 800-276-0852 or at contact@dbotanicals.com  Please provide your name, order number and date of purchase.  Returns will be processed within three business days.

* No refunds for returns received after 60 days from date of purchase will be provided. 

For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
